Enigma 50 wins Dutch Powerboat of the Year 2026

Enigma 50

We are very proud to share some exciting news: the Steeler Enigma 50 has been crowned Dutch Powerboat of the Year 2026, just ahead of her world premiere at Hiswa te Water.

The jury described the Enigma 50 as a particularly successful reinterpretation of the 15-metre displacement motor yacht, with space, comfort and efficient cruising at its core. Their conclusion says it all: “Steeler reinvents the Dutch steel motor yacht.”

For us, that captures exactly what we set out to achieve with the Enigma. We wanted to take the qualities that have made Dutch steel motor yachts successful for generations and rethink them for today. A round-bilged steel hull and our patented Steep Flared Bow form the foundation, combined with the Low Bridge concept, a fully covered cockpit and side decks, and large opening windows and sunroof that create an open and spacious feeling on board.

The Enigma 50 is only the beginning. With five Enigma yachts already in the range — one Enigma 50, two Enigma 54s, one Enigma 59 and one Enigma 65 — we are very proud to see this new chapter for Steeler start with such recognition.

And what better moment to celebrate than at the Enigma 50’s world premiere this week. From 2–6 September, we would be delighted to welcome you aboard at Hiswa te Water in Lelystad, stand B30, and show you the Dutch Powerboat of the Year for yourself.
